Blue Ridge Home Solutions, LLC is a real estate investment company located in Jefferson City, Tennessee. We do business mainly in Hamblen and Jefferson County and have been helping people buy or rent their dream home since 2003.

Blue Ridge Home Solutions, LLC is not a real estate agency or management company. We buy houses and then offer them as rentals or sell them through our owner financing or rent to own programs. There is never a need to deal with banks when buying one of our homes and most require a down payment of $500 to $6,000.
