Make sure you have the down payment if you want to buy with owner financing. If you want to rent make sure you have the security deposit
plus 1st months rent.
Must have a credit score of 490 or above.

look in the house and make sure it is one you are interested
in.

Fill out the online
application
(There is a $30 application fee to cover a credit
report. |

If your application is accepted, pay the down payment if you want to buy with owner financing, or if you would like to rent you would pay the deposit plus 1st months rent.

Sign agreements, receive keys and move in. |
