you see a home we have that would be perfect for you or
your family but it is already sold or rented?
Our Reserve My Dream Home program allows
you to be added to a waiting list for the house you like
most. Then, the next time that home comes available, it
will be reserved just for you. Reserving a home does not
mean you must take it when it comes available. It only means
you have the option, if you like, to take the home.
- This is a free service.
- Each reservation is good for 1 year.
- If your reserved home becomes available, you will
be notified my phone and email and you will have
5 days from being notified to submit your application.
- Reserving a home does not guarantee the advertised terms
of the rent, deposit, down payment, price or payment.
- Homes that are listed as either RENTED
or SOLD can be reserved but you will
not be able to look at the home until if and when it becomes
vacant.
